 ME: 10.00 AM for 10.15 start. Walk duration is approximately 4 hrs.\n\nLOC
 ATION: Blackwood\, Garden of St Erth\n\nWALK LEADER: Tanya Loos (Assistant
  Leader: Tim Bach m: 0409 232 572)\n\nDESCRIPTION: The focus of this walk 
 is on the flora and fauna of a Central Victorian Uplands region characteri
 sed by open eucalypt forest and temperate rainforest. This walk will be le
 d by noted naturalist\, author and environmental consultant\, Tanya Loos. 
 If you’ve never had a walk with Tanya\,\ncome prepared for an enjoyable\
 , easy ramble with lots of stops to look and listen The walk starts and fi
 nishes at the Garden of St Erth in Blackwood and offers the possibility of
  lunch or a cup of tea at the Garden Café at the end of the walk.\n\nDIFF
 ICULTY: This 6km loop walk is rated Medium. The track is well made but may
  be wet and slippery in places. There are some short\, steep ascents and p
 ossible obstacles.\n\nAMMENITIES: There are toilets at the start of the wa
 lk.\n\nDOGS: Dogs are allowed on this walk but must be kept on a leash at 
 all times.\n\nHEALTH AND SAFETY: If you are ill on the day of the walk\, p
 lease stay at home. It will be early Autumn so keep an eye on the expected
  weather\, we cancel events at late notice if too hot\, fire bans etc. Ple

 \nGUEST MEMBERSHIP AND INSURANCE: The walk is free to members and open to 
 non-members. For non-members\, a $10 fee is payable for insurance cover un
 der the Bushwalking Victoria insurance policy. Please note that children u
 nder 5 years cannot be covered by this policy.\n\nBRING: It is recommended
 \, you carry a personal first aid kit\, your own medication\, water bottle
 s\, sun screen and personal hiking gear (sun glasses\, walking sticks\, sm
 all pack\, etc). Wear clothing appropriate for the predicted weather condi
 tions on the day. Bring refreshments for morning tea and a light lunch.\n\
 nBOOKINGS: Bookings are essential and open 2 weeks before the walk. You ma
 y cancel your booking by returning to this page and clicking the cancel bu
 tton. This will free up a space for other walkers. If the walk is full\, y
 ou can elect to be put on the waiting list. You will be emailed if a space
  becomes available. You have 24hrs before the space is withdrawn and offer
