  The walk should finish at about 3.30\n\nLOCATION: We will meet in Mt Mace
 don township where we will arrange a car shuffle to first visit the the\nM
 t Macedon War Memorial Cross\, then travel to the start of the walk at McG
 regors Picnic Ground.\nActual details will emailed to registered walkers p
 rior to the event.\n\nREGISTRATION: Registrations are essential before noo
 n on Thursday 19 February.\n\nCheck your inbox for a confirmation email\;

 @gmail.com\n\nDESCRIPTION: A car shuffle is required to get to the start o
 f the walk\, and will include a visit to the Mt\nMacedon War Memorial Cros
 s. The walk duration is approximately 4.5 to 5.0 hours including stops.\n\
 nThe 11 km walk takes us to the Camels Hump Lookout for great views out to
  the northeast\, Days Picnic\nGround\, Sanitorium Lake where we will have 
 lunch\, Sanitorium Picnic Ground\, a short climb up Mt\nTowrong\, then a s
 teep descent to finish back in the Mt Macedon township.\n\nDIFFICULTY: The
  walk is of moderate difficulty with most being on well formed tracks and 
 on a gentle\ndownhill grade\; however\, there is a steep climb to the Came
 ls Hump lookout\, and the descent from Mt\nTowrong is steep and rocky with
  some awkward steps. Walking poles will be handy if you use them.\n\nHEALT
 H AND SAFETY: If you are ill on the day of the walk\, please stay at home.
  The walk will be cancelled if\nthere is a Total Fire Ban or if it will be
  excessively hot. Please call or text the walk leader if you are unable\nt
 o attend on the day.\n\nDOGS: Dogs are permitted in the Macedon Regional P
 ark\, but must be on a lead at all times.\n\nGUEST MEMBERSHIP AND INSURANC
 E: The walk is free to members and open to non-members. For non-\nmembers\
 , a $10 fee is payable for insurance cover under the Bushwalking Victoria 
 insurance policy. Please\nnote that children under 5 years cannot be cover
 ed by this policy.\n\nBRING: It is recommended\, you carry a personal firs
 t aid kit\, your own medication\, water bottles\, sun\nscreen and personal
  hiking gear (sun glasses\, walking sticks\, small pack\, etc). Wear cloth
 ing appropriate for\nthe predicted weather conditions on the day. Bring lu
 nch and light refreshments for breaks.\n\nBOOKINGS: Bookings are essential
