Afternoon Amble along the Loddon

This short (3.5 km) but challenging walk follows the historic Loddon Water Race. The race was built in the 1860s and refurbished in the 1930s to channel water from the Upper Loddon to mining operations around Fryerstown. The race is well above the river in this section and provides commanding views of the Loddon River valley. The walk on the Afternoon of April 10 will conclude with light refreshments by the river.
