Two Lakes Walk and Interps Signage Launch

The first of our guided walks for 2024 will be the Two Lakes walk, an easy 8k circuit from Lake Daylesford to Jubilee Lake and return. This walk will celebrate the launch of the Lerderderg Track Interpretive Signage project. Signage designed and installed by the GDTA tells stories about the people, the history, the flora, fauna and geography along the 87 km Lerderderg Track. The route will take in the railway cutting and historic trestle bridge at Jubilee Lake and will include three of the interpretive signage sites at Lake Daylesford, Cornish Hill and Jubilee Lake. The walk will conclude with a picnic lunch at Central Springs Reserve and a swim in Lake Daylesford. Registrations are essential at https://www.gdt.org.au/events/sunday-january-28-two-lakes-daylesford-jubilee
